  • Standard shipping for all orders (under $40) is a flat rate of $5.60. Orders $40+ have free shipping!
  • You may experience shipping delays due to high volume of orders and USPS. Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance date and time, and other conditions, with no guarantees.
  • Your order will ship in approximately 2-3 business days. U.S. orders take up to 7 business days for delivery.

Missing/Lost Packages, Damaged/Stolen Items

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues. If you are able to provide a USPS claim number and detailed information we may be able to further assist in this matter. Otherwise, we only have the capacity to track your package.

Returns and Refunds

  • We will replace any defective items to ensure that you receive the quality you deserve. Only items damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for returns and refunds. Products must be unused and unaltered with the packaging intact. Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of delivery.
  • Upon receiving your package, your products will be examined and a full refund for the price of the item(s) will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days if eligible. Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee.
  • Regarding product descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any of our services is accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. Color appearance on a monitor or mobile display can look altered under various illumination conditions.

Changes and Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, we are not able to cancel or accept changes (email address, mailing address, etc.) to orders.
